Mr Sim, B W Stephen, Board Director & CEO

    Formerly a MD of Informatics Taiwan Ltd, a subsidiary of Informatics Holdings, a Singapore Mainboard listed IT and business training company.
       
    Has more than 20 years of experience in information technology industry, and a member of the Australian Computer Society.
       
    Mr Sim was the Systems Audit Specialist of the Ford Asia-Pacific Audit Operations, during which he was seconded to the Ford Europe Audit Operations for the Ford Britain and Ford Germany audit assignments.
       
    A visiting scholar and lecturer at the RMIT University in Melbourne.
       
    Also a visiting professor at Zhejiang University City College, China.
 
 
 
Dr Seet, Lip-Chai, Board Director
MBBS (Singapore); PhD (Singapore); FAM (Singapore)
 
  Director of EMBA program and Associate Professor in the Division of Strategy, Management and Organization at Nanyang Business School of Nanyang Technological University.
     
  Dr Seet was the Chief Medical Officer of the Singapore Armed Forces Medical Corps before taking early retirement and joining the pharmaceutical industry where he was Regional Director (Asia) for Medical and Regulatory Affairs and Regional Director for Corporate Affairs for Ciba-Greigy (now known as Novartis) concurrently. He was subsequently appointed as Vice-President of SmithKline Beecham International and General Manager and Director of Tianjin SmithKline & French Labs Ltd based in Tianjin. He was the Managing Director of Glaxo Wellcome China, Shanghai.
     
  Honorary Member, Visiting Professor and Honorary Consultant to several of China's leading medical, educational and professional organizations.
   
   
 
Mr Robinson, Adrian Board Director

  Awarded MBA degree and acquired bachelor degree in Economics and Accounting. Mr. Robinson has obtained CPA title in Australia for many years. The is also a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (FCMA).
     
  Adrian currently holds the position as Chief Financial Officer at The University of New England in Australia.
     
  For his past 10 years employment experience, he served both service and manufacturing industries, in public and private companies. He has been involved in the general management and senior financial management function. Such as a Finance Director for the Response Group; played a role as a Finance Director/Joint Managing Director at Skyspan Pacific.
 
 
 
 
Prof Adams, Tony, Board Director

  His background is in Computing Science and Business Computing. Has taught at RMIT from 1978 and was a member of RMIT's Foundation Professoriate. Now he is Pro Vice-Chancellor (International), Macquarie University, Sydney .
     
  Received the inaugural IDP Award for Outstanding Contribution to International Education in Australia in 1997 and a member of the editorial board of the Journal for Studies in International Education.
     
  H as co-authored a text in educational computing translated into French, German and Mandarin, and published articles in refereed journals and in conference proceedings.
     
  His Macquarie position includes responsibility for recruitment, marketing and admission of international students, outgoing student mobility, international strategy, international visitors, international training, offshore program development, incoming study abroad, and international student pastoral support.
     
  He also sits on the DVC/PVC International Committee of the AVCC.
 
 
 
Mr Tan, Kok-Hin, Board Director

  Founder of Magi Technologies Pte Ltd, a company engaged in the provision of IT solutions and services.
     
  Regional Financial Controller of Compaq between 1990 and 1993 and subsequently the MD of Compaq, ASEAN & S. ASIA between 1994 and 1998.
     
  Spent 11 years in Olivetti where he was responsible for finance-related matters of the company. He held a senior financial position prior to leaving the company.
