STI, the institution that collaborates with UMUC in offering the Doctoral Program indicates that the first Taiwan cohort offered will be limited to 15 persons. Students with a masters degree from different academic background are welcome to submit their applications.

The whole course will be taught and advised by UMUC faculty, who not only hold doctoral degrees, but are also experienced in the field of business management.?Students are able to complete the coursework that prepares them for their final dissertations in approximately three years
